Success Stories: Cheyenne

Facing daily tooth pain, bullying and an unstable home, Cheyenne struggled both inside and out of the classroom as she tried to keep her focus on school.

Working with a local dentist, CIS Site Coordinator Cassie arranged for Cheyenne to receive free dental treatment, supported her emotional well-being and helped Cheyenne reach her full potential.

Inspired by the help she received from CIS, Cheyenne is now a 4.0 high school student with plans to become a child psychologist for at-risk kids.

ECHS site coordinator attends training in Washington, D.C.
